Hope for Holocaust survivors
Our main goal is to bring hope and healing for the Holocaust survivors.
Has several facets, one of which is providing assistance to Holocaust survivors. I cooperate with two groups: Holocaust Survivors of Concentration Camps and Ghettoes and Holocaust Survivors Refugees.
We provide practical assistance such as,
We hold a well-being program (visiting the hot springs of Hamei Gaash (Netanya), we usually visit with a group of around for 50 people and at least 4 times a year.
We visit one of the kibbutzim in Israel with stories from the heads of the farm about the origin, development and current state of the kibbutz movement in the country.
We hold a week-long vacation in a religious rest home in Tiberias on the shore of the Sea of Galilee with treatment and exploring the outskirts of the city, usually a group of 25 people.
At least once a month we orginize meetings in the hospitable Anglican Church center Emmanuel in the Old City of Jerusalem (with lunch, stories, sermons, excursions and conversations with guests - and religious figures, with a group of usually 25-70 people.
We do home-visits and provide them with household assistance (minor repairs, etc.).
Programs for providing material support to Holocaust survivors (giving them magnetic cards to buy food. Calculated monthly for 70-140 people at 100/250/500 ₪).
